Meghan Souliere
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
My background in mental health and crisis work has provided me with experience supporting individuals through challenging and often overwhelming life circumstances. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate difficult experiences, develop a deeper understanding of themselves, and work toward meaningful change.
My approach to counselling is client-centred, collaborative, and grounded in empathy and respect. I believe that each person’s experiences, values, and goals are unique, and I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. My role is to walk alongside clients as they explore their experiences, recognize their strengths, and develop strategies that align with their individual needs and goals.
TRAINING/SERVICES/APPROACHES**
Outside of supporting clients in therapy settings, I can often be found enjoying the many outdoor activities that the Collingwood area has to offer, including skiing, running, hiking, biking, and swimming. I also value spending time with others, whether catching up with friends, sharing new experiences, or learning from the people around me. I believe that there is always something to learn from others and that meaningful connections are an important part of personal growth. I feel honoured and excited to be part of your journey and look forward to supporting you as you work toward your goals!
