Julia is the welcoming face of White Oaks Therapy Centre, helping clients feel comfortable and supported from the moment they connect with our clinic. As our Front Desk & Client Care Coordinator, she plays an important role in ensuring every client experience is smooth, welcoming, and stress-free.

She assists with appointment scheduling, client inquiries, and day-to-day clinic operations, helping support the delivery of compassionate mental health care in Collingwood and the surrounding Georgian Bay area. Whether you’re booking your first counselling appointment, looking for information about our therapy services, or need help navigating scheduling, Julia is here to help.

Known for her warm, approachable nature and strong attention to detail, she is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where clients feel cared for and supported. She understands that reaching out to a mental health clinic can feel overwhelming, and she is committed to making that first step feel easier.

When she’s not at work, you’ll usually find her outdoors. She loves hiking, camping, and spending as much time in nature as possible. She also enjoys exploring new trails with her dog, who is always up for an adventure. Whether it’s a weekend camping trip or a quiet walk outside, being outdoors is one of her favourite ways to recharge.
